| As the highest component of the new energy value chain,the dynamic characteristics of power devices directly affect the performance and life of equipment.Under actual working conditions,the dynamic characteristics of power devices are closely related to the working environment parameters.Studying the dynamic characteristics of power devices is an important prerequisite for correctly designing voltage conversion circuits,improving power conversion efficiency,improving voltage conversion performance and ensuring the safety of power devices and power equipment.With the development of new energy vehicles,the efficiency and reliability of power electronic devices and their voltage conversion circuits have gradually attracted the attention of experts and scholars at home and abroad,and the corresponding test system has increasingly become a research hot spot in the field of power electronics.Starting from the key components of the basic components of the boost circuit,this paper studies and implements the test system from components to boost circuit.Firstly,this paper analyses the working environment of high-power boost circuit,the failure status and consequences of each component,and makes a detailed structural analysis of the key components,MOSFET and power inductance,which provides a theoretical basis for determining the test content and finding the test method.The dynamic process of key devices and boost circuits is studied,including circuit principle and control logic,and the corresponding test methods and overall scheme are proposed.Secondly,according to the test methods and schemes,the parameters,control methods and human-machine interface design of each test module are completed.Then,an automatic test platform is developed.The test platform achieves the following functions: 1.Automatically adjust the environment parameters of MOSFET according to users’ needs;2.accurately record the dynamic waveforms of MOSFET;3.automatically complete oscilloscope settings and data auto-saving;4.Obtain the dynamic characteristics of devices changing with the environment,and provide experimental data and guidance for the design of voltage conversion circuit,itsperformance evaluation and optimization,and device loss calculation;5.Complete the saturated current test of power inductance and the function test of boost circuit,and save the test data automatically;6.The performance test of boost circuit monitors the key components online.Finally,key devices and boost circuits are tested using the test platform.1.By testing the MOSFET in different environments,the trend of dynamic characteristic parameters varying with environmental parameters is obtained.By comparing and testing the different types of MOSFET,it can provide guidance for device selection.2.The power inductance is tested,and the magnetic saturation current and inductance are measured,which makes up for the shortcoming of the existing inductance measuring instrument that can not measure the saturation current.3.Functional testing of boost circuit provides testing basis for quality testing of boost circuit,which can greatly reduce the testing cost of R&D and production.Performance testing of boost circuit provides experimental basis for real-time extraction of aging information. |
