This paper analyzes the energy conservation and emission reduction factors of asphaltsurface coat, proposed the energy conservation and emission reduction evaluation system ofasphalt surface coat, and using the expert scoring method to determine the weight of asphaltsurface coat energy conservation and emission reduction evaluation index’s weight, given theasphalt surface coat energy conservation and emission reduction evaluation process and givenenergy conservation and emission reduction measures for asphalt surface coat.First, the paper analyzes energy conservation and emission reduction factors of asphaltsurface coat material acquisition phase and construction phase, and tested the effects mixesdifferent construction temperature on energy consumption and emissions. Secondly,based onthe construction principle of asphalt surface coat energy conservation and emission reductionevaluation index, establish asphalt surface coat energy conservation and emission reductionevaluation system. This evaluation composed by quantitative and qualitative indicators, andincluding an index and two indexes. An index is four, two index is24.Finally, this paperpresents energy conservation and emission reduction fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodfor asphalt surface coat, and establish energy conservation and emission reduction fuzzycomprehensive evaluation process for asphalt surface coat.As can be seen from the results of the evaluation index weight, energy consumptionindex weights is much larger, and during its subordinate indicators, the sum of the rawmaterial production weights and mixture mixing weights is about0.9.Therefore, the asphaltsurface coat energy conservation and emission reduction measures include about four aspects:raw materials (raw materials, renewable mix applications), asphalt mixing stage (improvedmixing floor, encouraging the use of warm mix technology), construction machinery andequipment and construction technology. |
