Research On Development Strategy Of TH Power Plant

TH power plant is located in Xuangang Town,Yuanping City,Shanxi Province,and was established in 2006.After 14 years of hard work,TH power plant’s operating profit,power generation and safety record days are constantly setting new records.At present,under the macro environment,TH power plants are faced with the problems of overcapacity of electric power,the reduction of electricity price on the Internet,the increasing pressure of energy saving and emission reduction,and the rapid development of new energy to further reduce the share of thermal power.However,at the same time,our province began to speed up coal supply-side reform,reduce overcapacity and promote industrial upgrading,which has created conditions for the construction of large pit power plants and the promotion of core competitiveness.Under the new power system reform environment and the favorable policy space in Shanxi Province,how to combine their advantages in many aspects,seize valuable opportunities,adjust their thinking in time,and formulate a scientific strategic plan in line with their own rapid development is an urgent problem in front of TH power plants.Based on the analysis of the present situation and macro environment of TH power plant,this paper comprehensively applies the relevant analysis method and the latest development strategy theory to realize the future development plan of the power plant and the overall strategic analysis and exploration.The article first conducted a detailed analysis and research on the external environment and the internal environment of the TH power plant.In the process of analysis,the article uses strategic tools such as PEST analysis,Porter’s five-force model analysis,and SWOT analysis to analyze the industry’s macro environment and competition status,and clarify the company’s own advantages,disadvantages,and opportunities and threat.Through comprehensive analysis,the strategic direction of TH power plant in the follow-up development process is put forward,that is,the humanresource development strategy for human planning development,the safety production strategy and the capacity expansion strategy for production safety,the enterprise culture strategy for soft power and spiritual civilization,the cost control strategy for finance,and the market development strategy for the market.At last,the article puts forward the specific safeguard measures related to the strategy to ensure the concrete implementation of the strategy.
