Research On Street Design Guidelines Of Metropolitan Science Park

While the rapid economic growth is being driven by the ever-changing global development pattern,the competition between countries in science and technology is becoming increasingly fierce.In this context,science and technology parks,as the source of scientific innovation and an important carrier of production and research,are receiving more and more attention.As a key part of the public space in the science park,the environmental of the street will directly affect the working status of the employees and the innovation environment.With the development of science park and the road space,many existed science park street space can't match the higher standard.It leads a series of problems,such as unsatisfied differentiated needs,low adaptability to innovation activities,and inability to fully demonstrate the connotation of the park and so on.The existing research results cannot adequately address these questions,the reason can be summed up in two aspects: on the one hand,in the general study research of the science park,the streets are usually regarded as the space connection part,there are few systematic guidance for the street space.On the other hand,streets of science park are rarely regarded as a separate street type for research and renewal method exploration.Street design guidelines can build a perfect framework for street design based on the characteristics of science park and form a systematic guide,which is a tool for the effective control and upgrading of street space in the park.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the formulation of street design guidelines of technology park.This paper firstly studies the street characteristics of science park,sorts out the differences between science park street and general street,and find the existing problems and difficulties in street design,laying a foundation for the street design guidance.By using the method of literature review and case analysis,the paper studies the theoretical basis and analyze typical technology park street cases from integral atmosphere,texture,scale,traffic system,street interface,relation to surrounding,places design,ecological construction,provides a reference for street design guideline.This paper further focuses on the strategy of street innovation environment in technology park,expounds the relationship between innovation environment and street design guidelines,and analyzes the strategy of street innovation atmosphere,space division and street elements in the park.On the basis of above research,the article summarizes the guidelines for technology park and define the guidelines difference between science park street and normal street.In the end,by use the method of summary and verification,and the street design guidelines of fengtai science park are taken as an example to make an empirical study.The main research results of this paper are the compilation framework and content of the design guidelines for the streets of science park.Hope this paper can provide reference for the road space design and renewal and the compilation of the street design guidelines of metropolitan science park.
