Research On Conservation And Adaptive Reuse Of 20th-Century Beijing Architecture Heritage

With the progress and development of China cultural heritage,the connotation and extension of the concept of "heritage" have been continuously expanded.Conservation and adaptive reuse of architectural heritage in the 20 th century attracted the attention of the government,scholars and the public.From 2016 to 2019,China Cultural Relics Academy had announced four batches of "China 20 th Century Construction Heritage",including 396 heritage sites.In the 20 th century,China heritage protection awareness has been significantly improved,and the related protection work has changed from the initiative stage to the theoretical deepening and utilization strategy research stage.All these works are stepping up.In the 20 th century,there are so many kinds,large quantities and wide distribution of architecture heritage.This study chooses the museum heritage in Beijing as the specific research object.The purpose of this paper is to analyze this type of architecture heritage deeply.The purpose of this research is also to provide a reference for the conservation and adaptive reuse of architectural heritage in the 20 th century through the in-depth study of Museum Architectural Heritage,and put forward hierarchical and diversified development approaches and strategies.This research also hopes that China architectural heritage protection in the 20 th century will change from negative to positive.The research process is as follows:In the specific research,firstly,through the basic information research,summarize the characteristics and problems in the development process of Beijing architecture heritage;secondly,sort out and apply the Theory of architecture heritage protection in the 20 th century,and take it as the theoretical basis based on the characteristics and value of Beijing museum architecture heritage.At the same time,on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the relevant domestic and foreign conservation and adaptive reuse cases,the research summarizes the conservation and adaptive reuse measures of the museum architecture heritage,and explains them with typical cases.It can provide scheme reference and measure guidance for the conservation and adaptive reuse of Beijing museum architecture heritage.On the basis of the above research conclusions,this research puts forward the views of "protection and control based on heritage value" and "problem oriented utilization measures",links the theory of value protection with specific conservation and adaptive reuse practices,and puts forward the conservation and adaptive reuse approaches and strategies for museum heritage in the 20 th century.
