The year 2019 marks the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the rapid development of China’s construction industry.The total output value of China’s construction industry reached 23.5 trillion yuan in 2018,up 9.9% year on year.It is predicted that the total output value of China’s construction industry will be close to 25 trillion yuan in 2019.However,in recent years,great changes have taken place in building codes and market environment.Some central enterprises and state-owned enterprises have diversified and pursued profits in the middle and low end of the market,which has brought greater competitive pressure to those construction private enterprises that rely on the middle and low end of the market for survival.Therefore,in the face of fierce competition,how can private enterprises adapt to the rapidly changing construction market,accelerate the transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises,face challenges,seize opportunities,and achieve sound development in the turbulent competition?According to statistics,enterprises with strategy and enterprises without strategy are quite different in terms of operating benefits.Most enterprises can gain competitive advantages through correct development strategies.Good benefits cannot be achieved without the enterprise’s senior management making sufficient analysis and important decisions on the changes of the enterprise form and environmental market.As a private construction enterprise in a fourth-tier city,JinGuangDao environmental construction group has developed into a group company mainly engaged in engineering construction,design,real estate development,engineering testing,vehicle testing,financial investment and mining after 19 years of hard work,and has become the first enterprise with double special and double a qualifications in JiangXi province.At present,the group has set up 34 branches,the team distribution and business involved in various provinces and cities across the country,the total annual construction business of nearly 6 billion yuan.At present,the enterprise has proposed a preliminary development strategy for the future,but has not yet formulated a detailed enterprise development strategy.This paper attempts to use the relevant knowledge theory of strategic management to study the company’s strategic development.Combined with market ups and downs of the construction industry and policy direction in recent years,through PEST,five,and SWOT analysis toolspreliminary enterprise development strategic target and plan,from set out actually,analysis the enterprise strategic goals,vision,overall strategic connotation and competition strategy choice,help construction companies in the "crisis" of "machine",by reasonable implementation of the strategy system,improve the company’s market competitive advantage,achieve sustained growth.
