In recent years,China's economic development has entered a new normal.With the deepening of reform measures in the construction industry,policy regulation and market model are changing.Green development and high-quality development have become the general trend of the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.Innovative development led by the Internet,big data and information technology will become a new driving force for the transformation and upgrading of the industry.As the construction industry has entered an important period of deepening reform,transformation and upgrading,enterprises must adapt to the new normal and recognize the direction and trend of transformation and development.Construction enterprises will face a more level playing field under the trend of stable and sound macroeconomic development,improved policy supervision of the construction industry,further optimization of the business environment,more fair market competition and the gradual establishment of a credit system.At the same time,the degree of market competition is more intense,extensive and experienced management will be difficult to move forward,change the development model,in-depth implementation of standardized,refined,information management model is imperative.As a large private construction enterprise with general contracting qualification,SD construction group company has experienced a decline in per capita labor output value,profit margin,performance capacity,market competitiveness,and headquarters management capacity in recent years.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the company has an imperfect organizational structure,which makes it difficult to effectively implement organizational control.The functional management department of the headquarters is large but not strong,and the responsibilities of the secondary company and the project company are not clear.The local competitive market is challenged by foreign enterprises,and the competitive advantage in the external market is not strong.The enterprise's external value chain management is weak and its risk management and control ability is low,which affects its performance ability.The competitiveness of the short upstream link before the project construction is insufficient,and the competitiveness of the large project is weak;Due to a series of problems such as insufficient organizational performance management of the headquarters and unclear post responsibilities of the project company,its strategic management is difficult to adapt to the current industry development trend and market situation.On the basis of in-depth interviews and research,this paper puts forward strategic optimization Suggestions for SD construction group company by using strategic management theory and analytical methods.It emphasizes that on the basis of the original strategy of "becoming bigger,stronger and more diversified",the strategic supplement of "being superior and refined" should be added.To promote standardized management system and enhance enterprise competitiveness;Actively change the business model,expand the provincial market,focus on undertaking large projects;Enhance qualification,broaden the scope of project undertaking;Increase investment in scientific research and attach importance to the application of Internet and informatization in management;We should pay attention to the specific Suggestions of new technologies and technical reserves of new construction methods,such as prefabricated building and green building,etc.,and realize the growth and transformation of the role of general contractor of construction to general contractor of construction service provider in 5-10 years.In order to ensure the implementation of strategic objectives,the paper puts forward the concepts of top-level design,strategic guidance and innovation-driven,and takes specific measures such as strengthening the construction of corporate culture,optimizing organizational structure,promoting standardized management mode and optimizing human resource management.In the process of research,this paper carries out strategic analysis and research on enterprises by means of SWOT analysis,benchmarking analysis and value chain analysis in accordance with the ideas of finding problems,sorting out theories,analyzing problems and putting forward Suggestions.It summarizes the growth path that construction enterprises will develop from professional contracting to general contracting--construction service provider--construction industry service provider in the future,and the management mode will develop from empirical management to standardized management--standardized management--fine management--lean management.I hope this paper can provide a useful reference for the transformation and development of construction enterprises.
