| Construction industry,as an important industry for the steady growth of China’s econo my,also has an extremely important significance in the national economic development.But at present,the rapid rise of real estate prices in China coupled with the regulation of s tate policies has slowed down the growth of construction industry.At the same time,the construction industry is faced with many problems such as lax market regulation,irregula r corporate behavior,and high energy consumption,etc.In addition,with the gradual ad vancement of global integration,the threat from domestic construction enterprises has gr adually expanded.How can we survive and develop in such an environment? The formul ation and implementation of enterprise development strategies are to achieve this goal.The research object of this paper is TF Construction Group.Firstly,it uses PEST analy sis method to analyze the social,economic,political,legal and technical aspects in the ex ternal macro environment.Then,porter’s "five forces" model analysis method is used to a nalyze the industry environment of the group company in detail.And then the micro-inter nal environment of the group company’s functional organizational structure,human resou rces,production and operation are extracted and analyzed.After analyzing the strategic e nvironment of TF construction group co.,ltd in different aspects,the corresponding items are listed in SWOT analysis matrix one by one,and four strategic combinations are obtai ned.According to the needs of the group’s powerful opportunities and internal advantage s,select the SO strategic direction of the development strategy suitable for the group in th e SWOT quadrant(that is,the expansion development strategy),and take the diversified strategic operation in the direction of ST into consideration.Finally,according to the selected strategic management direction,the author puts forwar d safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the strategic management of TF Construction Group:1.Reform the functional system and strengthen the construction of c orporate culture;2.Integrate the talent structure and improve the management incentive sy stem;3.Accelerate the development of information management and innovate manageme nt;4.Improve the proportion of resources and adhere to the diversified business philosoph y.Based on the research of development strategy of TF Construction Group,this paper ho pes to provide practical reference for the development of similar construction enterprises. |
