Hangzhou?Xinzuobiao?company as a high-tech enterprise specialized?in the research and development,production and sales of auto parts which was founded in 2002 and listed on the main board of Shanghai stock exchange on February 9,2017.It supplies the parts for domestic and foreign automobile main engine factories.As a high-tech enterprise,it has applied for 109 patents and 47 authorization.Its products have occupied the main share of the domestic market,the increase of product profit and product competitiveness?is the most important task of Hangzhou?Xinzuobiao?at the present stage.After 18 years of development,from a motorcycle parts supplier to the present development of the domestic each big makers partners,although has experienced great development and progress,the existing system of human resources has been unable to support the implementation of the strategy of its future development,mainly reflected in its internal promotion system,training system,imperfect human resource system and the lack of professional talents,etc.The company should focus on the future human resource management system planning,develop the future company's human resource planning program according to the company's future development strategy.However,after decades of rapid development,China auto market has reached a relatively mature stage,especially in Hangzhou?Xinzuobiao's?cold precision forging industry,Hangzhou?Xinzuobiao?not only need to compete with the internationalization of some good supplier product quality,product innovation and development,but also compete with the same excellent domestic private enterprises of the cost of the product and service quality,etc.,Hangzhou?Xinzuobiao?needs all aspects of development,it needs to do the best in all aspects to ensure the company's future profitability and market position.In order to do a good job in enterprise human resource management,it is necessary to establish a clear enterprise human resource management plan.This is the best way to achieve the strategic goal of the enterprise and realize the effective allocation of internal resources.In the establishment of enterprise human resources planning scheme,it is necessary to start from the actual situation of the enterprise,clear the rights and responsibilities of each?post,and standardize these information according to the enterprise's business characteristics,technology types,management coordination needs and other aspects of consideration.Thus,establish a more detailed internal division of labor with a continuous and stable enterprise human resources management system to further ensure the sustainable and stable development of the enterprise.This article is based on the theory of strategic human resource management,and then investigate and analyze Hangzhou?Xinzuobiao?of the company's human resources present situation through the questionnaire survey method,interview method and other methods,find out the company's problems at present,and make the corresponding solutions according to these problems.At the same time,this paper forecast the company's future human resources demand and supply with management evaluation method and empirical forecasting method,formulate the corresponding supply and demand balance measures according to the forecast results.During this period,it was made clear that the company should pay more attention to the concept of human resource management,put forward the goal of the company to formulate the strategic human resource planning plan,and finally formulated the specific implementation process of the plan and evaluation plan.This paper aims to help?Hangzhou?Xinzuobiao face up to its problems in the development,make clear the development strategy,establish a human resources planning plan that matches its strategy,lay a foundation for the realization of the future strategic goals of the enterprise,so as to improve its core competitiveness,make it take the lead in the market competition.
