In recent years,the passenger throughput of Group H has maintained a continuous growth of more than 10%for many years,and the rapid growth has brought challenges to the supply of human resources.At the same time,in the "13th Five-Year Planf"of the Civil Aviation Administration,the H Group was positioned as one of the "3+7" international aviation hubs.how to realize the strategy of international hub,serving regional economic development has become an important topic.Human resources has become a constraint to the development of enterprises,and it is difficult to play a supporting role in strategy and business.Group H needs to improve the contradiction between supply and demand of human resources,meet the increasing business needs,and thereby improve the level of management.Forecasting and planning of human resource requirements is an important link to ensure the allocation and development of human resources in enterprises.This paper applies the theories and methods related to human resources demand forecasting,through investigation and research,literature research,qualitative and quantitative methods,analyzes the current situation of H Group and human resources,clarifies the human resources demand forecasting system,and puts forward the classification of human resources demand forecasting.And different types of human resources and total demand forecasting process,and put forward supply and demand improvement proposals to meet the dual needs of productivity improvement and personnel reserve.Through the research of human resource demand forecasting,according to the characteristics of industry and enterprise,the system and forecasting method of H Group human resource demand forecasting are constructed with relevant theories.This paper puts forward the classification of human resource demand forecasting and the method of human resource demand forecasting,forms a forecasting system,and determines the total amount of human resource standard demand and the direction that can be optimized in the future.The thesis not only meets the H Group's realistic and long-term perspective,but also plans the human resources development work in an integrated manner,and provides an outline for the future human resources replenishment plan.It provides effective support for enterprise strategy landing and business guarantee,and provides reference for industry enterprise human resource demand forecasting problems.
