Research On Design Strategy Of Guangzhou Rural Collective Housing Guided By Construction Industrialization

At present,China is in the critical period of coordinative development urban-rural area,the rapid progress of rural urbanization leads to the intensive utilization of rural land.The planning of new rural residential construction in our country tends to develop in a more intensive way.The development mode of intensive ruralization has become the main way to build a new countryside.In the face of such a large scale of rural residential construction,if not handled properly,it will not only destroy the environment,but also cause the huge waste of energy.At the same time,our country is actively promoting the assembly building,which main features are in the design standardization,the production of components,the mechanization of construction and the scientific management.Thepurposeof this building form is to achieve high energyefficiencyand quality assurance in the full life cycle of the building.Based on this background,this paper studies the design of the rural collection housing guided by the construction of industrialization.First of all,this paper analyzes the basic model of the rural collective housing construction and the related factors,and analyzes the related concepts,related contents and relevant influencing factors of the rural collective housing,and defines the research direction for the following research.Secondly,based on the basic hardware foundation and the social environment to apply the building industrialization to the rural residential construction in Guangzhou,a large number of rural planning texts in Guangzhou are selected as the research objects,and the new rural residential buildings In-depth research.The research methods are mainly for field observation,distribution of questionnaires,direct communication with farmers,on-site mapping and other means.This paper mainly collects data onthe new rural residentialplanning and design,residential design,facade modeling,structural methods and construction methods for information collection,a large number of rural planning text as an auxiliary analysis,and summed up the rural collective housing construction problems.Through an example of the industrialization of rural housing,the article summarizes the inspiration for the industrialization of the rural collection housing.Finally,based on the analysis of the current situation,influencing factors and characteristics of the rural residential area,the four principles that should be followed in the planning of rural residential areas are put forward: economic principle,ecological optimization principle,community sharing principle,sustainable principle.This paper puts forward thelayout of the rural collection residential area,which is the axial layout,the slice layout and the balanced layout.According to the previous research and the content of the industrialization of the building,the paper puts forward the strategy of industrialization selection for the structural system,the unit design,the construction mode and the decoration mode of the rural collective housing.Secondly,it puts forward the strategy suggestion for the soft environment of the rural collective housing construction,including the industrial improve the legal system,encourage the release of policies to improve the level of rural construction team,planners and architects should bear the responsibility.
