| Based on the engineering background of Shenhu Road Station of Suzhou Rail Transit Line 5,a parameterized supporting model for deep foundation pit of metro station is established by using BIM technology.Through the visualization of BIM technology,the layout scheme of deep foundation pit construction site is optimized and the construction process of deep foundation pit is simulated.Finally,the calculation model of deep foundation pit support is successfully imported into the finite element analysis software Midas GTS/NX,and the corresponding numerical analysis is carried out.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Summarize the research status of BIM application in underground engineering.The concept,technical advantages,core modeling software and mainstream software of BIM technology are introduced.The application characteristics and advantages of BIM in deep foundation pit construction are analyzed.The broad prospects of BIM application in underground engineering are presented.(2)The parameterized supporting model of deep foundation pit is established by BIM core modeling software Revit and Dynamo visual programming technology.(3)BIM technology is applied to the standardization construction of construction site According to the principle of construction site layout,the preliminary layout of construction site is carried out,and the layout scheme is optimized.Through the BIM application software Navisworks,the earth excavation and support of deep foundation pit construction,three-dimensional technical undertaking and virtual 4D construction simulation of the main structure construction process are carried out.(4)Using.mgt file format as transitional data,the transformation from Revit 3D model to Midas GTS/NX finite element analysis software is realized.(5)Finite element analysis of BIM model is carried out.Field measured data are compared with simulated values.The measured and simulated values of horizontal displacement curve of deep wall and surface settlement curve are basically the same,and the displacement and settlement are less than the requirements of design and specification.The security of the calculation model is verified. |
