| Due to the structural defects of the traditional building control system,it is difficult for the system to respond flexibly to the diverse and dynamic needs of users.Until the key research and development project of China’s 13 th Five-Year Plan: New Intelligent Building System Platform Technology was proposed,less than 7% of "intelligent buildings" in China achieved overall optimization.Swarm intelligent building control system makes use of the characteristics of both independence and cooperation among the individuals of biological cluster,which provides a new solution to the common problems of high adjustment cost of traditional building control system and difficulty in upgrading and expansion.First of all,this paper gives a brief introduction of swarm intelligent building technology and related background,and analyzes its theoretical basis and system architecture.In order to solve the problem that the traditional electromechanical devices deployed in buildings can’t access the computing network platform of the swarm intelligent control system due to the disunity of communication protocols,this paper proposes a solution that the devices without swarm intelligence communication mechanism can obtain the interface of the computing network platform by using embedded gateway.Then,based on the position of the gateway in the control system architecture of the swarm intelligent building,this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the software and hardware of the gateway combined with its work.Finally,based on the analysis of hardware requirements,this paper uses ARM kernel microcontroller to develop the hardware system of the gateway,designs the communication circuit to make the gateway have the interface to communicate with CPN and devices that support the RS-485 protocol,and designs the embedded program and its supporting host computer software according to the hardware system.These hardware and software are designed to easily modify the operating parameters of the gateway to match various field devices and screen effective interaction data.In the final test and application part,by building a test platform,this paper uses the gateway to connect various sensors and controllers directly to the computing network,which provides data support for the environmental parameter adjustment of the space unit.Data interaction experiment verifies the protocol conversion function of the gateway and the configuration function of the host computer software.Combining with the simulator,the gateway is tested as a bridge between the network side and device side in swarm intelligent building.The communication index of gateway is evaluated by packet loss rate test and delay test.This paper combines the gateway with the general industrial controller,and develops a controller which can meet the number of control points of electromechanical equipment in most buildings.A series of applications and tests of the controller are carried out to verify the application value of the gateway in the control system of swarm intelligent building.These results demonstrate the feasibility of using the edge gateway as the hub to connect the traditional terminal devices and the swarm intelligence network side to solve the data interaction problems,and provide an efficient and low-cost universal solution for the deployment of swarm intelligence control systems in completed buildings. |
