| The construction industry is a labor-intensive industry,which can absorb a large number of migrant workers.However,there are still many obstacles in the development of the construction industry in our country.The events that damage the interests of migrant workers occur frequently,and the problems of large mobility and high turnover rate of migrant workers often trouble the construction enterprises.Therefore,under the current employment mode,how to standardize the management of migrant workers and reduce the high turnover rate of migrant workers is an urgent problem for construction enterprises.This paper takes the Jinsha branch of Tongzhou construction group as the research object,through the investigation and Research on the management of migrant workers in this enterprise,analyzes the problems existing in the management of migrant workers in the Jinsha branch of Tongzhou construction group,and studies and analyzes the high turnover rate of migrant workers.This paper first studies the literature related to the resignation at home and abroad,on this basis,defines the relevant concepts,summarizes the theories related to the resignation of migrant workers;secondly,through the investigation of the structure and management status of migrant workers in Jinsha branch of Tongzhou construction group,analyzes the resignation of migrant workers in Jinsha branch of Tongzhou construction group,and summarizes the high level of migrant workers Thirdly,through the in-depth interview with the management of Jinsha branch of Tongzhou construction group,this paper summarizes the reasons for the resignation of migrant workers,and then uses the questionnaire survey to investigate the reasons for the resignation of migrant workers in Jinsha branch of Tongzhou construction group,so as to understand the in-depth origin of the resignation of migrant workers Therefore,based on the above two surveys,four main reasons affecting the high turnover rate of migrant workers in Jinsha branch of Tongzhou construction group are concluded: unreasonable salary and welfare system,imperfect management system of migrant workers,poor working and living conditions,and inadequate training of migrant workers;finally,according to the main reasons of resignation,corresponding countermeasures are put forward: reform the salary and welfare system of migrant workers,and build a humanized management Manage the system,create a good working and living environment,strengthen the training of migrant workers,and provide the basis for enterprises to solve the problem of high turnover rate of migrant workers.The measures made in this paper aimed at the high turnover rate of migrant workers in Jinsha branch of Tongzhou Construction Group will solve the problem of high turnover of migrant workers in construction enterprises,accelerate the reform and improvement of the management system of migrant workers in enterprises,and provide reference and guidance for the management of migrant workers in construction industry and other labor-intensive industries. |
