Compared with the city of Zhenjiang City,formal workers,migrant workers engaged in the construction industry is dirty,tired and dangerous job in the city,not only in the economic life of low wages,and by default is a common phenomenon,not only the labor time than ordinary workers,and work safety conditions are generally poor.What is more serious is that under the same conditions,the labor intensity of labor,social security measures for city workers can enjoy the community to provide,but migrant workers in the construction industry has often been excluded from the social security benefit policy.With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economic system in Zhenjiang,the effective allocation of urban and rural labor resources becomes more and more important.Liberate a large number of rural surplus labor from forcible land in the city in all walks of life,especially in the construction industry,which fully reflects the positive effect of market regulation of the allocation of production factors,is a necessary step to restructure and configure all kinds of production factors,will promote the Zhenjiang city's economic and social development.This paper takes Zhenjiang city as an example to study the social security of migrant workers in the construction industry.First of all,the paper expounds the definition and theoretical basis of the social security of migrant workers in the construction industry.Secondly,analysis of the current situation of social security of migrant workers in construction industry of Zhenjiang City,points out the existing social security of migrant workers in construction industry in Zhenjiang City,mainly including: migrant workers in construction industry of household registration system is not perfect,lack of protection of the rights and interests of migrant workers in the construction industry,the construction industry employment skills training,lack of rights and interests of migrant workers migrant workers in the construction industry to full coverage of social insurance.On the basis of analysis of the construction industry of Zhenjiang migrant workers social security problems,mainly including: the household registration system and local policy restrictions,government supervision departments,the construction industry employers corporate social responsibility is weak,the construction industry migrant workers social security mechanism is not perfect.Finally,put forward measures to improve the security of the construction industry of Zhenjiang city migrant workers Society: speeding up the reform of urban and rural household registration system reform the existing employment system,the establishment of equal employment of urban and rural mechanism,strengthen the skills training and education,improve the social security mechanism of migrant workers in construction industry.
