In this thesis, earned value management method is suggested to control and optimize the schedule and cost for multiple construction projects in engineering change situation.Further, the application of improved earned value management method based on critical path analysis and disturbance coefficient is illustrated. This is expanding the research area on schedule-cost control based on earned value method, which is of definite academic significance and providing new ideas and methods for schedule-cost control management for multiple construction projects at the same time.In this thesis, the main research content includes the following four aspects.First, basic theories about schedule-cost control and earned value management are illustrated in general,at the same time overseas and domestic research status of schedule-cost control in project management is introduced.Second,schedule-cost control system and process in engineering construction project, types and basic situation of engineering change during project construction process are both introduced based on the actual situation, which provides foundation and basis for follow-up research.Third, taking Sino construction project as example, the schedule and cost for multiple projects in engineering change situation are analyzed based on earned value management. The main reasons for project bias are found based on the analysis result of schedule performance and cost performance.Fourth,an improved project plan has been raised according to the factors that affecting the project schedule and cost, and the optimal solution is achieved by introducing critical path analysis into improved earned value management method, which finally solves the main problem raised in this thesis. The project schedule-cost control model based on earned value management introduced in this thesis has certain reference value for research on schedule optimization and cost control of multi-projects in engineering change situation.
