Nowadays,China's economy has shown a steady growth trend,the volume of trade imports and exports has been increasing,and China's port industry has developed rapidly.The container transportation industry has shown new development momentum.With its advantages of high speed,high safety and high accuracy,it has been widely used in the field of international trade.Under the background of the development of world economic and trade,the ocean has become the link of international economic and trade exchanges.After entering the 21 st century,the Maritime Silk Road has become the link of global trade,politics and economic development.As the largest economic entity connecting new trade,China must realize the importance of the choice and planning of competitive strategy in the dissemination of core values of economic development.The establishment of the Ocean Silk Road has promoted the development of port trade along the line,especially for future containers.The development of terminals and ports has played a positive role.In order to promote the development of China's port industry,ports such as Shanghai Port and Qingdao Port have begun to develop container terminals.This has not only brought opportunities but also brought challenges.The competition for container terminals has expanded year by year,which has led to difficulties in the operation and development of many container terminals.Therefore,the container terminal needs to develop a competition strategy.The formulation of the competition strategy is based on the analysis of the terminal scale capability,the port environment analysis,the logistics supporting facilities,and the collection and distribution conditions.Only by comprehensively analyzing these restrictive factors can we implement an effective competitive strategy and help solve the operational difficulties of container terminals.Zhoushan Yongzhou Container Terminal Company(referred to as Yongzhou Company)is an important international port in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Belt.In recent years,the government has formulated new measures for the development of the marine economy and the port-based industry.Important role.This paper selects Zhoushan Yongzhou Container Terminal Co.,Ltd.as the research object,analyzes its competition strategy,starts from the internal and external environment developed by Zhoushan Yongzhou Container Terminal Co.,Ltd.,and analyzes the political,economic,social and technological environment,and The two aspects of the analysis of the internal development environment of Zhoushan Yongzhou Container Terminal Co.,Ltd.,using SWOT analysis method to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges;in the analysis of theexternal industry environment,the focus is on Shanghai Guandong Container Terminal,Beilun Second Container Terminal Branch As a comparative object,the Group 2 container terminal further elaborated the advantages and disadvantages of Zhoushan Yongzhou Container Terminal Co.,Ltd.,and provided a basis for the choice of competitive strategy.The results of this paper indicate that the formulation of the competitive strategy of Zhoushan Yongzhou Container Terminal Co.,Ltd.should be based on a reversal strategy,taking advantage of the difference strategy and cost control strategy.In the implementation of the competition strategy,this paper proposes that Zhoushan Yongzhou Container Terminal should Start from the following aspects,expand the coverage of port routes,adjust the proportion of domestic trade and foreign trade,solve the bottleneck of port deshipment port,and expand the inland hinterland of the port;in order to further implement the competition strategy,this study also proposes relevant institutional guarantees,including the establishment of strategies.The alliance system,the establishment of a talent guarantee system,and the establishment of a port service supervision system,through the formulation of the strategic implementation and the establishment of a strategic guarantee system,can fundamentally implement the competition strategy of the Zhoushan Yongzhou Container Terminal,and at the same time provide other research of the same type.guide.
