Evaluation Study On Cruise Transportation Service Level Of Port

Cruise economy is developed based on the port. As an important link and service center connecting cruise and passenger, the high quality services of the port can promote the attraction of the port and competitiveness of the city, attract companies to port open routes and expand the tourist market. At present, the cruise transport in China is at a narrow economic stage, which is in process of strengthening terminal facilities construction, improving the layout of port function and the cruise market, promoting the cruise service level, so the research on port service play an significant role in the development of China cruise economy.This paper analyzed the factors affecting the cruise transportation service level of port and constructed the evaluation index system based on the analysis of the cruise transportation service process. Then designed the importance degree questionnaire of port liner transportation service index, used the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the index weight. Due to the lack of related data and standard in China, this paper chose the Grey Correlation Evaluation Model taking Shanghai, Xiamen, Tianjin and Sanya cruise port as samples, selected the optimal sample values as the standard reference for each index, then evaluated the service levels for the four ports. At last, after the analysis of the comprehensive evaluation results, taking Xiamen Port as an example to analyze the evaluation result in detail and pointedly put forward some proposals to enhance port service level.Due to the evaluation process involved many matrix operations, to simplify the process, this paper used VC++ to develop a system for port cruise transportation service level evaluation based on Grey Relation Analysis model, and based on this system, it provided a convenient way for evaluating the port cruise transportation service level. This paper also used Matlab Software to formulate Grey Relation Analysis Model and got the visual graphics output results of evaluation which facilitated the result analysis. By validating the evaluation system, it got the same evaluation results with the system, which ensured the validity of the system design.
