Modern Marine construction industry have made great progress than in the past, some advanced technology and scientific management concept has been applied to it,but the ship's construction industry did not achieve great progress, shipbuilding technology still has room for improvement, only will further enhance ship construction process,to make the quality of improved to promote the development of our country's economy, therefore,to improve shipbuilding technology has an important significance to promote the economic development of our country.During the construction of the ship, the assembly which contains simple board butting, profile butting, section block construction and block construction, accounts for about 50% of the overall shipbuilding time.At present, the factories usually use the strong-back to assist in assembly that can't meet the needs of modern society.Because this method has obvious shortcomings, such as high production cost, low production efficiency, easy damage of the base material, low construction precision and so on.This article will introduce a series of no residual strong-back tools whose appearance make the machine-assisted positioning replace the strong-back to save manpower, save resources and reduce the cost.It gradually forming a lossless and no residual assembly method to reduce the lengthy and complicated work steps so that shipbuilding time will be shortened and the production efficiency will be greatly improved. At the meantime,it can also reduce the rate of coating failure to ensure the quality of the base metal and ship construction. This tool use resistance strain gauge in order to achieve precision control.According to the structural characteristics of components in ship splicing, four kinds of assembly tools with no residual strong-back tools are designed. In this article, the calculation and analysis of plate splicing tools are emphasized. The finite element analysis software is used to calculate the relationship between the distance of two plates, the thickness of plates, the number of applied forces and the size of applied forces, and the corresponding formula is obtained.Compared with the traditional assembly method in practical application, the no residual strong-back assembly tooling has obvious advantages, especially in economic benefits and construction cycle, which can not only save a lot of costs for enterprises, but also shorten the construction cycle of ships.
