Secondary Development Of AVEVA Marine (Hull Production And Design Software)

Three dimensional design software,AVEVA Marine,is widely used in hull structure modeling,construction drawing,material number,report output and other work items,and it has become one of the most widely used production and design assistant softwares in the shipbuilding industry.But in order to meet the different needs of different enterprises,some functions of it still need to be optimized and expanded.Some corresponding problems have been investigated,and they are as followings:1.Initialization process: the initialization of clip and cutout in am software is more complex for users,especially the compilation of geometric macro language.Among them,there are many parameters and auxiliary points,and the manual reading and modification process is tedious.If you want to verify the correctness of the macro source file,you must successively compile through SZ006,Log view init Association,and log in the project to create a patch.The whole process takes a lot of time,so how to effectively improve the efficiency of the compilation of the geometric macro source file becomes particularly important.2.Problems in software application: some applications in am software need to be customized by enterprises,such as various report output,different report content formats of different enterprises,and different reports required by different projects in the same enterprise;some application functions in the software need to be expanded,such as the residual management system,which does not exist in the AM version used by my work unit,while There are many disadvantages in the application of surplus material management table outside the used software;there are some functions that need to strengthen automation,such as the drawing of processing drawings and panel drawings.The data of these drawings are often derived from the hull model.The so-called drawing means that the data of the hull model is measured and recorded in the designated drawing frame,which is easy to cause errors due to large amount of manual intervention.In this paper,through the application of the interface provided by AVEVA Marine software itself to initialize the patch and the secondary development of AM application,the author lists the secondary development programs such as the program of compiling and optimizing the initialization patch,the program of report output,the program of management of surplus materials,the program of automatic drawing of curve machining,the program of automatic drawing of panel,the editor of optimizing assembly planning and their corresponding application effects.It has been proved that the optimization of the initial patch and the application of AM redevelopment greatly improve the efficiency of hull design.It is expected that such research work can lay a foundation for the development of this field.
