| At present,the pressure between China’s energy demand and supply keeps rising,and the contradiction between energy consumption and environmental protection is becoming increasingly acute.China is a country with relatively scarce resources.In terms of energy utilization model,China is still lagging behind the developed countries in the world.Area A energy consumption dynamic monitoring system engineering is the area A combination of the energy industry and environmental protection industry,the focus of the industry concentration reflects the region to promote industrial structure optimization adjustment,to speed up the pace of advancing the reform of the supply side determination and action,since the project with high technical content,high technical difficulty,and many other features,it is bound to requirements in the process of project planning,construction and operation need A set of scientific and complete management techniques and methods associated with each.Therefore,the scientific and systematic project management of the dynamic monitoring project of energy consumption in region A is an indispensable prerequisite for the success of the project.Based on the basic theory of engineering project management,this paper comprehensively USES the research method combining quantitative research and qualitative research to highlight the practical significance of theoretical guidance in practice,and conducts an analysis and research on the management activities of each link of the energy consumption dynamic monitoring project in region A.First of all,this paper briefly expounds the research background,significance and purpose of the subject,combines the example of energy consumption dynamic monitoring project in region A,and summarizes the research idea in this paper.Then,it systematically expounds the relevant theories of project management,mainly defines the important concepts such as project schedule control and project cost control,and lays a theoretical foundation for the following paper.After that,this paper makes an in-depth analysis in terms of the project scope change control,project progress control and project cost control of the energy consumption monitoring project in Area A.Among them,the project scope change focuses on the weighted explanation of the factors affecting the project quality control,construction period and so on,and finally comes to the conclusion of the analysis.The change scope of baseline of project requirement scope;the key point of project schedule control is to make progress plan,accurately identify all kinds of deviations through a rigorous,scientific and perfect project record system,and put forward effective early warning,take feasible corrective measures in time;the key point of project cost control is to compare the planned cost with the actual cost.After that,adjust the cost plan,and put forward the implementation of cost control.Clear up the shortcomings and defects of project management factors in the above three links,and point out the corresponding measures that can be taken to guide the management and construction of the project with the theory of project management.In A word,this paper takes A area energy consumption dynamic monitoring system as the research object,using project management theory and technology of the project scope changes,schedule control,cost control analysis of three links,in order to put forward A set of optimization scheme is adapt to the characteristics of the project management,which provide reference basis for the success of the project. |
