With the development of internal-combustion engine technology,more and more internal-combustion control techniques have been realized in the fields of automobile,construction machinery,ship,aviation and so on.The function of engine electronic controller is more and more complex,and its detection and troubleshooting need professional and reliable tools and methods.In the scene of vehicle road test and maintenance after-sale,the common cabinet-type testing system cannot be used,which makes it difficult to find out the failure in the electronic controller of the engine,and leads to the misjudgment of the system's failure,which brings inconvenience and even risk to the system's use.In this thesis,the miniaturization and portability of the engine-controlled unit test system are the main research objects in order to solve the above problems.Based on the in-depth analysis of dynamic simulation detection theory and technical principle,the general portable design of engine control unit is studied and realized in detail.The main contents are given as the follows.1.This paper investigates and analyzes the technical development of the engine electronic control unit,the principle and main functions of the engine electronic control unit,and defines the design objectives of the overall scheme.2.Based on the dynamic simulation testing technology,a dynamic simulation testing system based on the sub-motherboard structure is designed and implemented.The motherboard provides power conversion and management for the system.It is connected with the test object 154 core interface,man-machine interface module and PCIE interface module.Several sub-boards and the mother board through the PCIE interface link,according to different functions are divided into analog signal collection and processing board,digital signal collection and processing board,load module,etc.,each sub-board can be expanded or cut according to actual needs to meet the system's versatility and portability requirements.3.Based on CAN communication technology,the communication protocol between each module is constructed,and the interaction of detection control command and the transmission of detection data are realized.4.Based on Extensible Markup Language(XML)technology and lightweight database technology,the configurable editable test parameters are realized,thus realizing the universality of the system.Combined with the above design technology,the system can meet the requirements of small size,light weight and portable mobile.It also has the universal requirements that test subjects can be configured and the parameters can be adjusted.Through the trial,the system can correctly detect the multi-test engine control unit.The test result proves the validity of the system design and the test precision reaches the preset goal.
