Transmission line is the most important part of the power grid,which connects users,power stations,substations and distribution equipment as a whole.The safe and stable operation of power grid is based on the safe and stable operation of transmission lines.The safe and stable operation of transmission lines is related to whether users can use high-quality electricity.At present,the transmission line maintenance of Liangshan Power Supply Company still mainly adopts the traditional manual management mode.Inspectors' on-site thesis records are inspected and maintained,and thesis records need to be re-entered into the system.In addition,because most of the lines in Liangshan are located in bad environment,the inspectors can not enter or are not easy to inspect manually,resulting in the line operation in these areas can not be timely grasped by managers.How to carry out effective and high-level scientific management of transmission lines,thoroughly inspect the potential safety hazards of transmission lines and improve the quality of circuit operation has become an urgent problem for Liangshan Power Supply Company.In view of the difficulties existing in line management of Liangshan power supply company,this paper proposes a scheme of establishing transmission line information management system based on the actual needs of the company by means of software engineering,network communication,sensor,database and other comprehensive technical means.First of all,the literature and key development technologies of transmission lines are systematically studied.Then,combined with the current situation of line management in Liangshan power supply company,the demand analysis of the system is carried out,and the detailed design,implementation and test of the system are completed.This system introduces mobile terminal equipment and line front-end testing equipment,uses J2 EE technology based on B / S architecture for research and development,so that inspectors can upload inspection and testing records through mobile devices,and realize online monitoring of line conditions.The research results of this thesis realized the unified management of the account information of many kinds of equipment in the transmission line,such as tower,conductor,arrester,etc.Using mobile devices to record and upload patrol inspection data can avoid many times of manual recording and entry into the system.Through the installation of monitoring equipment at the front of the transmission line,the whole process monitoring of the transmission line was realized,and an efficient and unified operation and supervision cooperation system was formed to ensure the normal and safe operation of the transmission line and help the operation and maintenance personnel to manage the transmission line in an efficient,scientific and convenient intelligent way.
