People are increasingly demanding on electricity with the rapid development of electronic information and related technologies,especially the automation,as well as the intelligent technology and the development of power grid technology built on it.However,as the continually increasing of the demand for electricity,the intensive monitoring and management of electricity consumption is increasingly becoming an urgent need for power management.Based on the diversified needs of power monitoring,this paper designs a safe,reliable and versatile power meter to effectively monitor power parameters and monitor and analyze the power consumption and power quality of multiple users.Based on the theory of microcontroller,this paper deeply studies the basic framework of intelligent power meter,and combines the characteristics of the main metering chip to study the working principle of power meter.Combined with the actual application requirements,the design and development of the meter based on ATT7022 E metering chip Power meter.The design meets the requirements of ordinary smart energy meter power metering and communication,reduces the size,reduces the cost,and integrates the requirements of power parameter measurement,monitoring and control to meet the requirements of high reliability,monitoring,small and economical design.demand.This paper briefly describes the development history of power meters and introduces the development of related technologies at home and abroad.According to the proposed technical requirements and corresponding national standards,the overall design and hardware and software implementation of the power meter were determined.The hardware and software components of the power supply,sampling and metering,data storage,etc.are introduced to introduce the software and hardware components of the design,and the precision,electrical requirements and electromagnetic compatibility performance of the finished product are tested to verify whether the design meets the expected requirements and is designed from the hardware.The angle introduces some anti-interference measures of the power meter,which ensures that the power meter can work normally and accurately under the harsh field environment conditions.Tested and verified,the designed power meter basically meets the proposed technical requirements. |
