With the acceleration of urbanization process,traffic congestion and environmental pollution are becoming more and more serious.Urban rail transit has the advantages of large volume,fast speeding,punctuality,comforting,saving resources and so on.It is one of the fundamental ways to solve the problem of urban traffic congestion by giving priority to the development of urban public transport system with rail transit as the backbone.Bicycle is a convenient way to travel green,as an integral part of urban public transport system,can be used as a rail transit access to the auxiliary tool.Developing the chronic transport system and encouraging more travelers to use B + R mode travel can effectively reduce environmental pollution and improve the operational efficiency of urban transport.The high efficiency of transferring between the bicycle and rail transit has a great relationship with the environment of bicycle parking facilities.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the rational layout of bicycle parking facilities on the transfer and joint of the two modes of transportation.This paper first elaborates the research background and the research significance,Then it puts forward the research question and constructs the research mentality on the basis of reviewing the related research at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper expounds the characteristics and function of rail transit and bicycle traffic respectively,explains the necessity of bicycle parking facilities,and analyzes the layout principle of bicycle parking facilities,which by studying the features of transfer that between two modes of transportation,Laying the theoretical basis for demand forecasting model and optimization of the location model.Thirdly,Multinomial Logit Model is introduced in the paper to analyze the influencing factors of transfer from rail transit to other modes of transportation and help establish the demand forecasting model of bicycle traffic.The sharing rate of transfer from bicycles to rail transit is calculated by SPSS.Then,the fuzzy TOPSIS model is used to optimize the position of the bicycle parking facilities and the optimal scheme can be obtained accordingly based on the MATLAB platform.Fourth,the paper introduces the study of design for bicycle parking facilities around the rail transit,including the classification of bicycle parking lot,planning principles,geometric design,the setting of bicycle paths and passageway,and the traffic organization and management policies for the parking lot.Finally,the case study of Changsha Road subway station in Qingdao is carried out.According to the collection of relevant data and use of Multinomial Logit Model,it is predicted that the sharing rate of transfer from bicycles to rail transit is 18.4%in Changsha Road subway station,and the demand for the bicycle parking number is 1654.In addition,an optimal location is obtained by using the fuzzy TOPSIS model to optimize the bicycle parking position.Finally,the specific layout of the parking lot facility design is made.
