The non-motorized traffic is an environment-friendly travel mode.The development of the non-motorized traffic helps to alleviate traffic congestion and environmental pollution.It also provides an importort sulotuion to the “last mile trip” problem of the rail transit.The non-motorized traffic system around the railway station affects the service level of the rail transit.The high quality planning of the system is contributed to promoting the “railway + foot/bicycle” travel mode,which is convenient,low-carbon and sustainable.The planning can also improve the level of land intensive utilization around the station,reduce the pressure of environment and resources,create humanized urban space and make the residents enjoy walking and bicyling.Based on above-mentioned situation,the thesis extracts the environmental factors that influence the non-motorized traffic system on the basis of literature reading,intergrates the survey data of travel behivour and travel intention,studies the key points in the non-motorized traffic system around the different types of railway stations,proposes the planning method of the the non-motorized traffic system around the railway station,establishes the evaluation system and instructs the improvement of the existing stations.Firstly,on the basis of literature reading and field investigation,the thesis summarizes the travel characteristics and the influencing factors of non-motorized traffic system around the railway station.According to the questionnaire conducted to study the travel behaviour and travel demand around the railway station of the reisdents travelling by foot and bicycle,the thesis qualitatively elaborates the connection amoung the personal attributes,types of railway station and the travel characteristics.A comprehensive weighting method based on the priority degree of adjacent target and the maximum entropy cirterion is proprosed to calculate the weight of the traffic environmental factors.Based on the node-location property of the railway station,the thesis estabilishes the planning targets of the area around the railway station that the system should be constructed as the high efficient and safe non-motorized traffic system,as well as the comfortable and vibrant urban public space.Take the systematized and humanized planning principles and refer to the excellent practice case,the thesis proposes the planning method of non-motorized traffic system around the railway station.The area should be built as an integrated layout for non-motorized traffic at the macro level.The key nodes of the traffic system should be optimized at the meso level and the road facility should be humanizedly designed at the micro level.The station in the main city is the most common type.The travel environment can be significantly improved through the research and evaluation on the station.The thesis transforms the influencing factors to the indexs easy to be evaluated.The content and the grading criteria of the index is validated by specification reference and experts consulation,and the weight of the influenceing factor is analyzed by the comprehensive method.Take Line 3 Changfujie station as example with the evaluation model established,the thesis provides the suggestions for improvement from one-way traffic organization and street envrionment renovation.
