Research On Constraction Cost Control On Y Project Of N Grope

In recent years,construction enterprises have experienced capital turnover and difficulties in business operation due to the rising price of construction materials and the shortage of labor force,together with vicious price competition rules.Faced with that critical situation,extensive control of construction is quietly changing the whole industry is "covering pockets,saving costs",and maximizing cost control and control has become an urgent task.Basis On the summarizing the related theories,this paper analyzes the cost structure of the project,including the cost control plan in the pre construction stage and the cost control plan in the construction stage.Then,according to the case of Y project of N Group,cost analysis and control are carried out from the aspects of project tracking,bidding,construction control,project final accounts and so on.In the process of project control,practical problems existing in the company are found,such as the neglect of cost control by project managers,inadequate cost control,widespread waste of materials,unreasonable labor arrangement and so on.Comprehensive analysis of the various elements of cost control,and put forward to strengthen the construction of system and organizational structure,formulate the objectives of cost control responsibility,establish the objective system of post responsibility,strengthen awareness,do a good job in controlling cost elements,formulate the cost control and saving ratio at all stages,use earned value analysis method to carry out deviation analysis of construction cost control,and constantly improve project cost control.Reason,reduce project construction costs,improve profit margins and other targeted response and improvement measures.Through the theoretical research of BIM technology,this paper introduces BIM technology into every stage of Y project construction.During the bidding stage,it depends on budget model to achieve the bidding based on reasonable quotation.In the construction preparation stage,it simulates and optimizes the project plan through BIM model,and implements fine cost control and implementation accounting.The full-cycle construction cost control based on BIM technology model can help enterprises achieve the expected project cost target and profit target.Through the cost study of Y project of N Group,the following conclusions are drawn: There are many problems in Y project of N Group,such as cost control consciousness,cost control system and insufficient coordination of cost control.Based on the analysis of cost control theory,this paper perfects the guarantee system,and corrects the phase deviation of the project in time by earned value,and achieves good control effect.The project achieved accurate and systematic data analysis for the overall cost control and improved the efficiency of the cost control with the application of BIM technology.The research results of this paper can provide reference for other project construction cost control of N Group.
