With the large-scale application of BIM,prefabricated buildings,Internet of things and other new concepts and technologies, the electromechanical installation industry has resumed its rapid development. At present, the enterprises engaged in mechanical and electrical installation of construction engineering in China are mainly small and medium-sized enterprises, and they lack experience in risk management of mechanical and electrical installation projects. At present, how to carry out risk identification and evaluation research of electromechanical installation projects and how to take risk prevention and control measures is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literature references, this study combines the relevant theories of risk management, and uses the extension assessment method to analyze and study the risk management issues of the electromechanical installation project in the A education park.First of all, combing the related theories and methods of risk management,we selected the method of risk assessment for the combination of qualitative and quantitative elements.Secondly, using the extension correlation analysis,we summarized and summarized the risks faced in A-education park, and initially selected 28 evaluation indicators. After consultation with experts,8 of them were eliminated and the probability of occurrence was smaller. For the low indicators,a risk assessment index system consisting of 20 secondary indicators and 6first-level indicators including policy risk, coordination risk, technical risk, construction risk, economic risk and cost risk was established. Then, questionnaires were issued and the expert scoring data was statistically analyzed using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the weight coefficients of the risk indicator system. Then the extension criteria model was used to determine the classical domain, domain, and the matter to be evaluated. The calculation of the relevance degree function determines the risk level of the electromechanical installation engineering project in the A educational park. Finally, corresponding risk management and control measures have been formulated for risk factors above the mid-level level. The purpose of this study is to analyze the risk factors affecting the development of electromechanical installation projects in A-education parks, and to classify potential risks through extension assessments,to provide scientific basis for project contractors to develop risk management and control measures, and to provide other similar projects.Learn from experience.
