China has established a closer relationship with neighboring countries since implementing "going global" strategy.International engineering contracting project has become an important part of the international economic and technical cooperation.Compared with the conventional domestic engineering projects,the international engineering project risk has a stronger interdependence and its choice of strategy is more important.Therefore,to strengthen the risk management of international engineering project,put more attention to the risk interdependence in the risk evaluation and the choice of risk response strategies,and use a more quantitative approach to choose strategies can help the domestic contractors better risk management,ensure the smooth progress of the project eventually to achieve the project goals.This thesis identified the risk factors at various stages of international engineering projects from the perspective of domestic contractors,based on the divergence analysis principle of the extension theory.Then this thesis chose extension evaluation method considering risk interdependence to evaluate risk,got the risk levels.Aiming at evaluation results mid-range high risk factors,according to the characteristics of the risk interdependence,this thesis estimate the risk probability and risk loss,made three types of strategies: prevented,adapted and combined,to choose optimal risk response strategies through the establishment of decision-making model.Through the study of the risk evaluation of A project are: environmental risk and risk of engineering defects risk factors for high grade,the risk level for the whole project.,this result consisted with the actual result,verified the feasibility of extension evaluation.For higher grade two proposed risk response strategy,through input the decision-making model: adopting combined strategy can reduce the risk probability and the cost is less than the cost of the project can bear the risk cost minimum,so the choice of strategy and the optimal decision-making model is effective and the model can support the decision of the international engineering project strategy choice in the future.
