Since reform of the Chinese economic,the construction industry has gained a rapid development.The risk management of electromechanical installation project has captured the attention of the society.Electromechanical installation,an important part of the construction industry,features a big investment,a long project cycle,high technical requirements,and uncontrollable factors during engineering construction.At present stage,China's experience in the field of project risk management is not enough,theory system has not been set up,so the project risk management should be continued to strengthen,and project risks should be identified,prevented,and avoided,to guarantee the completion of engineering construction.This paper starts from the characteristics of electromechanical installation projects,divides the risks of the electromechanical installation project to external risks and internal risks,uses the ISM model to analyze the relationship between the risk factors,and on this basis,puts forward the corresponding risk control measures.The measures include the preliminary design,intermediate construction,and final maintenance.By using the actual cases,this paper implements the empirical study of risk management.In this paper,the methods to prevent electromechanical installation engineering project risks are combined to build a construction protection wall that has strong risk-prevention ability.Also,a feasible risk prevention system is created based on the risk prevention methods that aim at enterprises and projects.This study can provide beneficial reference for building the security system of electromechanical installation industry,and is useful for pushing the industry development.
