In this paper,the reliability work plan,FMECA analysis,reliability test design,data collection,and fault law of an off-road vehicle are studied,which provides effective method and technical support for the study of the reliability of military off-road vehicles.The research content includes the following four points:(1)The structure and functions of the military vehicle are introduced,and the performances with dynamics,passivity,transportability,mobile adaptability and working environment adaptability are analyzed.The goals of reliability work are specified.The flow chart of reliability work is designed,with the reliability design analysis and test contents as well as the relationship among them defined.In the prototype development stage of the vehicle,the reliability allocation,reliability prediction and design FMECA are implemented.(2)According to the general requirements for working reliability and design type test procedures,the total mileage,mileage allocation table and plan information table of reliability test are designed.The fault judgment criteria are defined.The requirement of test records are put forward,the fault data collection sheet which includes vehicle basic information and fault information is designed,and the fault data of reliability growth test are analyzed.(3)The main fault analysis method is introduced.The FMECA at all stages of the vehicle whole life cycle is implemented.The fault data of reliability growth test are analyzed.Using the fault harmful fuzzy analysis method and based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory,the faults harmful of bush are analyzed.(4)The fault law analysis process is designed and the evaluation indexes are presented.The fault law is analyzed with the Weibull distribution mathematical model.The model is verified through the linear correlation and K-S inspection.Based on Weibull distribution mathematical model,the clutch fault distribution is analyzed.
