Recent years,the value of production of construction industry maintains rapid growth in China,which made a great contribution to national economy development and jobs increase,etc.However,due to the current situation of the slow economic development and the economic structure adjustment,the development of construction industry was greatly influenced,even more,with the poor level of management in construction,many engineering problems emerge in endlessly,such as unfinished buildings,collapse events,project delays and so on.These projects caused threat to the economic development and social stability,the key event to ensure a project success is to achieve quality,time limit and quality objectives at the same time.So far,researchers at home and abroad have made a lot of progress on the multi-objective optimization of the project,but most of them focus on the analysis of the multi-objective optimization model and solving method,and the management system of multi-objective optimization is less studied,which is same on the whole life cycle of the engineering project.Therefore,At first,this paper built a management system of the multi-objective synergy of the whole life cycle of the project based on the theories of the whole life cycle and synergy management,discussed the content and operation of the management system.Secondly.the paper made the project time limit,cost and quality as the objects,on the basis of the composition and relationship among the three objectives,constructed the multi-objective optimization model and adopted the minimum deviation method to transform the optimization model.Finally,the paper made a practical project as a example,made a verifying analysis of the multi-optimization model and particle swarm optimization.The results of the study can provide theoretical support to improve the efficiency and ability on the multi-objective management.
