Research On The Concept And Method Of Participatory Transformation Of Public Space Landscape In Communities

With the rapid development of urban construction in China,many urban communities are gradually aging,some community public space can not meet the normal needs of residents,or even appear security risks.In this context,this paper takes participatory design to upgrade the landscape of community public space as a starting point,combs the relevant policies of community renewal in China,summarizes the relevant theories and practical research results of participatory design at home and abroad,and makes three participatory designs: Beijing Qinghe Community,Shanghai Tangqiao Street Community and Shanghai Chuangzhi Agricultural Park.The reform cases are analyzed emphatically,and the reasons,objectives,subjects,forms,systems and contents of public participation in community public space landscape reconstruction are constructed.The bottlenecks and opportunities of existing "participation" in China are analyzed systematically.The practice and research of participatory landscape renovation and upgrading of community public space in China is in its infancy.Although there have been corresponding achievements,it is lack of systematic summary and combing.Based on the existing research and practical experience,this paper summarizes the principles,concepts and operation of participatory design in community public space landscape renovation.Processes and design methods are discussed in detail in the process of "participation".Participation forms and operational mechanisms of design teams,community residents,government and community neighborhood committees in the process of community renewal and transformation are explored.The related problems and solutions in the process of community public space transformation are put forward,and the landscape transformation of Tianjin Yingshui Li community public space and Fenghu community park landscape transformation of Tianjin are taken as empirical research to provide reference and thinking for the follow-up community public space landscape transformation.
