With the increasing importance of transportation in economic development,China's cross-river rivers and the Channel Bay Bridge are increasing and the development of ship transportation has made the ship large-scale.The accidents of bridge ship collisions frequently occur,and light ships and bridges are damaged.The bridge collapsed,the ship sank and even the people died.Therefore,in the case of increasing number of bridges,increasing ship navigation density,and frequent ship collisions,it is necessary to study the safety of bridge collisions.Combined with relevant research,this paper establishes a fuzzy network method analysis model for bridge ship collision safety by considering various factors such as people,ship,environment,management and bridge itself,and provides a research method for the safety evaluation of bridge collision.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)A summary of typical accidents involving bridges and bridges at home and abroad,as well as related bridge collisions and fuzzy network analysis methods.(2)Comparatively analyze the characteristics of the three risk assessment methods of AHP,network analysis and fuzzy network analysis in terms of principle,model and operation steps.(3)By analyzing the dangerous sources of bridge collision accidents,taking into account various factors such as people,ship,environment,management and bridge itself,the evaluation index system for evaluating ship collision safety is established to comprehensively evaluate the safety of bridge collision.Lay a good foundation.(4)The data obtained by the expert method of triangular fuzzy number processing overcomes the subjectivity of weight assignment to some extent,and uses the network analysis method to determine the influence weight between the first-level indicators,and then establishes the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Safety evaluation model of bridge collision.(5)Based on the established safety evaluation model,the safety of the ship collision of the bridge in Shanghai Port area was evaluated.The evaluation result is “high safety”.(6)Summarizes the need for further research in the bridge ship safety evaluation model.
