| Water supply project is related to people’s livelihood development and is the most critical component of infrastructure construction.It is self-evident that the importance of project management,in which progress management is the core link,to ensure that all tasks in the project can be completed in a specified time with both quality and efficiency.Aiming at the problems existing in water supply project schedule management of water purification plant,this paper deeply excavates the causes of the problems,takes the critical path method in project schedule management as the breakthrough point,and takes the schedule of water supply project of small water purification plant as the management base.Firstly,the research status and related concepts of progress management are summarized in detail.Then,based on the theory,the water supply project of Dandong Dadong Water Purification Plant is analyzed,the project is decomposed,the operation relationship is determined,the schedule is drawn up,and the critical path and the total are determined by using the critical path method.The time limit of the project is optimized,and the result of the optimization can shorten the time limit of the project by one month.Finally,some suggestions on the schedule management of the water purification project of a water supply plant are given,which has certain guiding significance for the schedule management of such projects. |
