Relationship Between Port Service Supply Chain Collaboration And Supply Chain Performance

The fourth-generation port emerges with the advent of economic globalization and the era of modern supply chain management.As a key strategic resource for the development of the country and the region,the port has developed from a traditional framework to handle the flow of goods as a base for integrating various economic activities and information,a port service supply chain centered on port enterprises has gradually formed.In order to further improve the operational efficiency of the port service supply chain and provide more elaborate operations and agile flexible services,this paper studies the relationship between port service supply chain collaboration and supply chain performance,in order to promote the practice process of collaboration development in China's port service supply chain.This paper defines the connotation of port service supply chain and port service supply chain collaboration,and analyzes the external incentives and internal dynamics of port service supply chain collaboration.By studying the basic collaboration conditions such as the port-centered industry cluster and network relationship in the port service supply chain,and constructing the port service supply chain collaborative mechanism including information sharing,decision synchronization and incentive alignment,and selecting the port service supply chain cost,customer response speed,and port service supply flexibility as the collaborative performance index,combinig the SCP analysis paradigm,hypothesize the relationship model of the basic conditions(structural elements),collaborative mechanism(behavior factors)and collaborative performance in the port service supply chain collaboration,then design a measurement for all the variables by means of literature reference and theoretical analysis.On this basis,the relationship between port service supply chain collaboration and supply chain performance is empirically analyzed by factor analysis and structural equation modeling.The empirical results show that: 1)port-centered industry cluster has a significant positive impact on information sharing,and the relationship with decision synchronization and incentive alignment is not significant;network relationship of port service supply chain has a significant positive impact on information sharing,decision synchronization and incentive alignment;2)synergistic behaviors such as information sharing,decision synchronization and incentive alignment in the port service supply chain can effectively reduce the cost of port service supply chain,improve customer response speed and promote supply chain flexibility;3)port-centered industry cluster and simple,stable,positive network relationship in port service supply chain are conducive to the improvement of port service supply chain performance.At the same time,synergistic behaviors such as information sharing,decision synchronization and incentive alignment are partial intermediary in which collaboration conditions affect the supply chain performance.This paper establishes a collaborative analysis framework for port service supply chain based on collaborative construction phase,collaborative implementation phase and collaborative evaluation feedback phase.It validates the impact of port service supply chain collaborative factors on supply chain performance through empirical methods.The research results provide theoretical and practical significance for relevant managers to implement collaborative development in port service supply chain and improve the performance of port service supply chain.
