The development of ports has an important impact on the national economy. As an important node of logistics service trade and a hub of the international trade supply chain, ports promote the flow of cargo resources around the world. The development of the port logistics service supply chain is an important link in port development and an important way to realize the port's comprehensive service function. The development of international trade promotes the continuous improvement of port functions. The development of the port logistics service supply chain in Liaoning Province is uneven. There is vicious competition among the main bodies in the supply chain. There is a lack of information exchange and coordination mechanisms. The competition for international logistics resources is fierce. The development of international trade is limited, which is not conducive to the long-term stable development of the port.Under the background of the new pattern of international trade, article makes an in-depth study on the coordination of port logistics service supply chain contracts in Liaoning Province from the perspective of supply chain and revenue sharing contract. The two-level planning model is constructed under the two backgrounds of port fee reduction and freight carrier fee reduction. The upper-level planning is decided by the supply chain manager-the port, and the objective function is to maximize the overall return of the port's international logistics service supply chain. The lower-level planning is made by the cost-bearer,the owner, and the objective function is the lowest transportation cost in the whole process.Improve the coordination method of the international logistics service supply chain of the port through the revenue sharing contract, and consider the impact of the two conditions of port fee reduction and freight carrier fee reduction on contract coordination. The genetic algorithm and greedy algorithm are used to calculate the model, and the output is used to constantly improve the model. The MATLAB mathematical software is used to solve the model and analyze the results. The results show that the Liaoning port international logistics service supply chain constructed by cargo owners,land-based logistics transportation companies, shipping companies, and port enterprises is conducive to supply chain management and promotes the development of international trade. The port international logistics service supply chain in Liaoning Province can improve the overall revenue of the supply chain while reducing the transportation costs and balancing the revenue among various participants through the coordination of revenue sharing contracts.Ports and freight transporters are all nodes and important participants in the supply chain. However, port fee reductions have a greater impact on the coordination of port logistics service supply contracts in Liaoning Province. Those who do not participate in the construction and coordination of the supply chain are more affected. The basic elements and variables involved in the model are universal, and are the common elements of many ports. This model can be extended to more international logistics service supply chains of other ports. Finally, according to the results, countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.Ports in Liaoning Province should coordinate port logistics service resources and build an international logistics service supply chain;make full use of port integration policies to promote the gradual establishment of supply chain contracts;expand international logistics and transportation cooperation to enhance the coordination effect of supply chain contracts.Further improve the operation mode of supply chain contract coordination and build a comprehensive port international logistics service supply chain.
