| With the development of science and technology,the sensor technology has been rapidly improved under the requirement of energy technology innovation to continuously promote energy conservation and consumption reduction.Sometimes sensors need to be set in some special place in order to get important information,some bad environment makes changing battery becomes a thorny problem.Therefore,the development of a kind of power supply technology that can directly obtain energy from the environment for the use of sensors is needed.this paper combines the characteristic of piezoelectric with the ubiquitous wind energy,designed a piezoelectric effect based wind power generation unit.The main work is as follows.Did a research of the existing devices that collect wind energy based on the piezoelectric effect,compared and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages in the structural form and energy conversion efficiency direction.According to the recent status of the wind turbine,we put forward a simpler and more suitable mechanical unit for wind energy collection in small wind field condition,realized the conversion from wind energy to mechanical energy.Preseted the size of the wind energy collection mechanical unit and selected the blade type,used software to make fluid dynamics analysis,obtained the stress situation and the utilization rate of wind energy under the condition of wind field,the structure of the following piezoelectric energy changing unit was guided according to the result of the analysis.Designed the structure that confer mechanical energy to electric energy and the piezoelectric energy changing unit.Used the software to analyze the characteristics of the piezoelectric energy changing unit,including analyzing and comparing the resonant frequency of piezoelectric materials under different sizes and the variation of voltage under different frequencies.Improved the size of the piezoelectric transducer unit according to the analysis results,designed the structural size of the piezoelectric transducer unit which most suitable for the current working conditions.Designed the relevant mechanical structure according to the vibration frequency information of the piezoelectric transducer,and the wind energy collection mechanical unit is connected with the piezoelectric transducer through the mechanical structure.Analyzed the voltage processing circuit demand according to the voltage output characteristics of the piezoelectric transducer unit,compared the advantages and disadvantages of the existing energy processing circuits,designed the voltage processing circuits and selected the component.Designed and completed the voltage processing circuit,processed and stored the output voltage of the piezoelectric material,realized the processing and stoage of the output of piezoelectric material output.The whole piezoelectric wind energy collection and conversion device was integrated with the voltage management circuit,and the correctness of the software analysis and the rationality of the size design were verified by collecting and analyzed the voltage output data through experiments.The design of electric energy application circuit and the connection of low power consumption sensors and other power consumption devices verifed the feasibility of the whole device. |
