With the development of modern technology,the detection of weak current signals is becoming more and more important.Weak current measurement technology is widely used in many scientific fields such as scientific research,physics,and electromagnetism.In this way,as measured by the ammeter’s status has become important,especially the high-precision weak current measuring instrument is playing an extremely important role.A high-precision naancoammeter is designed by use of weak current measurement technology to achieve high-precision measurement of the nanoampere weak current in this paper.Firstly,the research background and development status at home and abroad are introduced.And then the overall design scheme of the naancoammeter based on ARM+FPGA is proposed according to the design requirements of the naancoammeter,and the hardware circuit design,software design and data processing method of the system are introduced in detail.The content of this paper is as follows:1.Hardware design of naancoammeter system.The hardware system is divided into several functional modules for individual design,and finally each functional module is connected into a complete hardware system.Hardware circuit design mainly includes data processing and control circuit design,signal conditioning circuit design,data conversion circuit design,communication circuit design,etc.2.Software design of naancoammeter system.Including the human-computer interaction software design of the upper computer and the measurement and calibration software design of the lower computer.3.System testing and verification.the functions and performance indicators of the measurement system are tested and verified,and The results of the system test are given.Naancoammeter developed through the testing,The designed measurement system can display stably,and the system functions such as manual range,automatic switching,automatic device connection,system self-check,data storage,and gear calibration all work normally,and the measurement accuracy,floor noise of system,communication and other items.The index meets its performance requirements.
