Research On The Test System Of Vehicle Electronic And Electronic Equipment Based On UDS

With the development of automobile electronic technology rapidly,the demand of functional diversification for automobile market is higher and higher,the demand for configuration upgrade is becoming more and more frequent,which has the function of flash ECU(electronic control unit)to get the favour of the oems.How to complete the test task of the on-board electronic and electronic equipment is the most concern for the whole vehicle factory and the supplier of electric control unit.Therefore,this paper through in-depth analysis and research to the current flash process and relevant agreement,designed and developed a set of Vector tool chain as the core,for on-board electronic flash function of UDS test automation system,to solve the current vehicle electronic flash function test low efficiency,poor consistency problem.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.analyses the CAN bus communication technology and UDS diagnostic protocol,a detailed study of the ECU flash process,discusses the ECU flash test requirements,and the on-board electronic flash test automation system has carried on the feasibility analysis,research has established the system as well as test range of each function module.2.vehicle electronic flash overall architecture of the functional test automation system design,according to the flash function test automation system design requirements,completed the test script execution system control and management system,such as the overall architecture design,determines the flash function test system implementation process,to ensure the stability and the accuracy of the test results of the test process.3.automotive electrical and electronic flash function test automation system development and building,completed the test system hardware integration,cabinet internal resource allocation and the wiring work,according to the test specification and test requirements design test cases,the core test case script development and debugging.4.automotive electrical and electronic flash function test automation system verification,to a certain model as experimental object,the electronic control unit(ECU)for the hardware of this system,the human-computer interaction system,test scripts,and perform the function of the software are verified,at the same time on manual testing and the automated test system for experimental comparison and analysis,the results prove that this flash test system with high efficiency,good reliability,to achieve the goal of the test automation.
