Research On Cost Control Of M Student Apartment Building Construction Project In W University

In recent years,in order to promote the development of higher education,China has been increasing the investment in higher education,among which the investment in university construction projects accounts for a large proportion.At present,there are still some problems in the management of construction projects in Colleges and universities in China,such as the management of declaring heavy projects,the "three super" of project funds and so on.Although colleges and universities in our country have accumulated some experience in the management of construction projects and made some achievements,how to strengthen the cost control of construction projects,improve the efficiency of the use of education funds,and make education funds play a higher value is still a subject worthy of attention.In this context,this paper takes the construction project of M student apartment building in W University as an example to study the cost control of the construction project.First of all,this paper introduces the research background of the cost control of the M student apartment building construction project in W University,summarizes the research ideas and methods,and clarifies the research significance and innovation.Through the literature research method,this paper briefly expounds the research status of construction project cost control at home and abroad,introduces the related concepts and theoretical methods of construction project cost control,and lays a theoretical foundation for the research.Through on-the-spot investigation and interview,we have a detailed understanding of the implementation background,management and cost control of the M student apartment building construction project in W University.On this basis,using the basic principle of earned value method,taking the 9th month end of the construction project as the time node,to analyze and evaluate the cost control situation in the early stage of the construction project.Based on the earned value results,the main reasons for the loss of cost control in the early stage of construction projects are analyzed,and a series of cost control optimization measures are taken in the later stage of construction projects.Through the comparative analysis of the cost control before and after the implementation of the optimization measures for the M student apartment building construction project in W University,the positive effect of the basic principle of earned value method on the cost control of the construction project is verified.Finally,combined with the experience of cost control of M student apartment building construction project in W University,based on the perspective oflife cycle cost and value engineering principle,this paper summarizes several countermeasures and suggestions for cost control of university construction project for reference of relevant people.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The cost control of M student apartment building construction project in W university has been completed well,and the optimization measures have achieved practical results;(2)The basic principle of earned value method is used to analyze and evaluate the cost control of construction projects in Colleges and universities,which plays an effective role in the cost control of construction projects.Countermeasures and suggestions:(1)Make reasonable decisions on construction projects;(2)Scientific design and construction project plan;(3)Standardize the bidding of construction projects;(4)Strengthen the construction cost control of construction projects;(5)Carry out high-quality audit on the settlement of completed construction projects;(6)Do a good job in construction project operation and maintenance.
