| Cost control is a crucial aspect throughout the entire construction process of engineering projects.However,due to the numerous links required for engineering construction,complex processes,and cumbersome costs,some enterprises often overlook cost control during the construction phase of the project,and lack effective methods for cost savings,making control difficult.With the improvement of construction intelligence,traditional cost calculation methods are labor-intensive and cumbersome,and have been largely replaced by computer calculation methods.The project cost of the construction unit is mainly concentrated during the construction period,and whether the expenditure status is good or not directly affects whether the entire project has profit potential.Therefore,advanced project cost control methods are even more needed during the project construction phase.Scientific and effective cost control is directly related to the profit of engineering projects.Proof of construction project implementation:In order for enterprises to achieve cost savings and increase project profits,effective cost control must be implemented.In the cost control of PY construction projects,there are problems such as inadequate construction management,insufficient consideration of cost plans,unclear role of cost control system,and disconnection between cost control and schedule control.In response to the above-mentioned problems in cost control of PY construction projects,this article,based on literature review,takes PY construction projects as the research object.uses project cost control theory as the foundation,and adopts exploration methods such as earned value method and case study method to construct a cost control plan for construction projects from aspects such as restructuring of construction organization,refining of management responsibility system,and establishing a dynamic control system.Combined with progress control,Dynamically control the cost of construction projects.Thoroughly investigate the causes of cost overruns,schedule delays,and other issues exposed in control,develop corresponding solutions,and promptly correct them.According to the analysis of cost control effectiveness,the application of the earned value method in construction projects has achieved good results,with both the total construction period and total cost under control and a surplus.This article takes the PY project as the research object,conducts a detailed analysis of the cost control process during the construction phase of the project,and proposes specific optimization plans.This study has certain guiding significance for cost control of this project and similar projects. |
