Study On Landscape Planning Of Medical And Nursing Integrative Old People's Welfare Farm

Population aging has gradually become an important issue facing our country and even the whole world,and the attention of all walks of life to the health,life and spirit of the elderly is also increasing.The diversification of lifestyle,the impact of environment on health,and the development of the concept of combination of health care and care all put forward higher requirements for the traditional pension model.The elderly not only pursue the old to provide for themselves,but also pursue the old to enjoy themselves.At the same time,the rise of leisure agriculture also provides a new opportunity for the development of health industry.In this paper,elderly health farm environment planning as the main research content,through field investigation and related theoretical research and analysis,proposed elderly health farm environment planning method,and the method is applied in practice.The main research results are as follows:1.The representative old-age health farms in Hunan province were investigated on the spot.Through the analysis,the following problems were found: unreasonable functional layout,unclear landscape characteristics,single plant species and imperfect supporting facilities;and through the investigation and analysis of questionnaires,the elderly's demand for and their intention to choose the old-age environment were summarized,which mainly related to the way of providing for the aged.In order to provide a basis for the construction of an integrated medical and nursing care environment,it is necessary to choose the best pension mode,the most important link,the location of the pension environment,the interests and preferences of the elderly,and the preferences for plants,colors and fragrances.2.The physical and psychological needs of the elderly are analyzed in detail.Guided by environmental psychology,rehabilitation landscape,landscape therapy,horticultural therapy and other related theories,the principles of people-oriented,ecological priority,cultural prominence,economic application and overall planning are put forward.At the same time,this paper explores the methods of environmental planning of Medical-Maintenance Integrated Old-Aged Welfare Farm.Firstly,it collects the basic information such as the current situation and conditions of the base through pre-analysis;secondly,it determines the planning objective of taking the old-age health care as the main body and divides and lays out according to the functional requirements;finally,it puts forward that in road planning,the needs of the elderly should be taken as the starting point,with emphasis on streamline Toensure the safety and convenience of the elderly's travel,accessibility and designability should be guaranteed.In plant planting planning,zoning planting is the main method,focusing on creating medical and recreational areas,giving priority to health-care plants.Through collecting relevant data,the color-leafed plants,aromatic plants and their functional effects suitable for planting are summarized,which provides a basis for the elderly to create a comfortable old-age environment3.Taking Rongkangle Old-age Welfare Farm in Guiyang,Hunan Province as a practical case,using the natural environment of the base and combining local characteristics,the park is built into a landscape pattern of "two rings and three axes",and divided into four gardens and two seas according to their functions,namely,Healthy park,Rong park,Paradise,Agricultural Garden,Flower Sea and Forest Sea,so as to create a combination of health care,production experience,sports and entertainment,and popular science and tourism.Physical health care combined elderly health farm.The construction of health-care farms for the elderly is not only a new way to develop health-care industry,but also an effective means to promote the integration of Rural three industries and realize the strategy of rural revitalization.
