Planning And Design Of Health Building Based On The Big Health Industry

In recent years,China’s aging population is becoming more and more serious,the number of sub-health people is generally increasing,the change of421 family structure and the arrival of the post epidemic era bring many residential problems more and more attention.Ordinary housing has gradually been unable to meet the needs of pension and health care,As a new living mode,the housing and facilities in Kangyang town have not fundamentally solved the above problems.Based on the concept of big health,combined with the existing problems of residential in health care Town,thesis studies the pension mode of community and institution,health care community and construction conditions,and the development of "intergenerational theory" of residential buildings on the basis of the fourth generation housing,and understands the relevant cases of health care community at home and abroad,and the post use evaluation and demand of people.Based on the above research,thesis proposes to combine the concept of CCRC and full-age community to build a community pension model,combining the "Daily" treatment of medical and public service facilities with the design method.At the same time,combined with the design practice of this project,thesis explores the design method of health care town and home health care housing.In order to meet the functional needs of urban residents for residential,medical and public service facilities and the psychological needs of ecological nature.
