Research On The Protection And Development Of Historic Towns In Southern Anhui In The Context Of Service Design

Since the 19 th CPC National Congress was convened,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,pointed out by Xi,and we should stay true to the mission and carry forward traditional Chinese culture.Therefore,to realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation must take the development and prosperity of Chinese culture as the condition.China has firm road confidence,theoretical confidence,institutional confidence and cultural confidence.In recent years,with the increasing appeal of cultural confidence,people are becoming more and more enthusiastic about cultural tourism.As one of the carriers of history and culture,the historic towns of Southern Anhui have entered the public eye and become a popular destination for tourists.Historical towns of Southern Anhui are not only important parts of Huizhou culture,but also one of the important factions of traditional Chinese ancient towns.On account of their profound history and culture,they are called "the Epitome of Traditional Chinese culture".The protection of historic towns of Southern Anhui has been conducted since the 1980 s.However,with the development of economy,historic towns of Southern Anhui are in a very awkward situation in modern society.They have lost their original historical and cultural values,making their resources gradually commercialized,hollowed out,modeled and polluted.Due to unprofessional management measures,some ancient towns of Southern Anhui need to be protected and developed to activate all the values of ancient towns.In this paper the problems existing in the current protection and development of historic towns of Southern Anhui were analyzed and studied,and through sorting out and summarizing the related literature at home and abroad,corresponding countermeasures were proposed combined with service design,providing new methods for the sustainable development of the ancient town.Xidi Historic Town was taken as a case to study protection and development in detail.The main research results obtained in this paper are as follows:(1)The historical and cultural value system of historic towns of Southern Anhuiand the existing problems of protection and development were summarized.Based on the historical background of cultural protection,the rapid growth of the number of tourists,the aging of ancient buildings and the outbreak of service demands.This paper summarizes and discusses the necessity of reasonable protection and development of ancient towns in the context of service design.(2)Xidi Historic Town was taken as a case.Questionnaire survey and data analysis were conducted on residents and tourists in the historic town,to elaborate the ancient town protection and development problems,and according to the existing problems,corresponding protection development strategy was proposed by following the "Protection of Humanity","Restoring the old as the old" and combined with the concept of "people-oriented".(3)Taking Xidi Historic Town,the touch points involved in the development process of the ancient town were analyzed,and the service was divided into three stages for more detailed design.The optimization methods of cultural IP development and Internet smart scenic spots suitable for the protection and development of historic towns of Southern Anhui were proposed,opening up the public's perspective of the protection and development of ancient towns.
