In China,the history of urban history and culture and reflect the geographical characteristics of a region,it is the material remains of urbanization development.With the advancement of national-level historical and cultural towns and villages,particularly outstanding historical towns have been selected as historical and cultural towns and villages,with policy support and financial support on the road of protection and development.After years of research and development,famous historical and cultural towns and villages at all levels have achieved good results in protection measures and development models,and they have rich practical experience.However,in the process of economic development and urbanization in some historical towns,only small-scale,scattered,and low-level historical and cultural relics were left,and the intangible cultural traditions have not been inherited and developed.These general historical towns,which have not been paid enough attention in the academic research field or in the formulation of government policies,face more difficulties in their protection and development.In this context,this thesis takes the urban catalyst theory as a research perspective,selects a typical case in Dazhuang Town,and explores the implantation of catalyst factors in historical towns to promote the protection and development of historical towns and the research of catalyst strategies.First,analyze the theory of "urban catalyst" and related theories of historical towns.and at the theoretical level,it analyzes the suitability of urban catalyst theory to be applied to general historical cities and towns.Through the analysis of actual cases at home and abroad,summarize the catalyst application strategies and practical models in the protection and development of historical cities and towns.Combining with the excavation of catalyst factors in Dazhuang Town,the focus is on " The basis of catalyst " to improve the living environment-“featured catalyst” to develop cultural tourism-" Marketization of catalyst effect " to inherit traditional culture,layered,step-by-step catalyst plant into the system.Then apply the research results to the actual project of the protection and development plan of Dazhuang Town,trying to achieve the use of " The basis of catalyst ",supplemented by "featured catalysts" to activate " Marketization of catalyst effect ",and then drive the overall economic and social development of Dazhuang Town.Finally,the application enlightenment based on the urban catalyst theory in general historical town protection and development planning is summarized,in order to integrate multiple aspects to construct a three-dimensional network of the catalyst system,and play the compound role of urban catalyst theory in the protection and development of historical towns...
