With the integration of virtual simulation technology with education and teaching,vocational schools are making use of new teaching methods to optimize the existing teaching organization.Under the background of deep integration of the disciplines and specialty and information technology,new knowledge,new ideas and new methods effectively improved the efficiency of the classroom teaching and the level of information literacy and culture.However,there are many problems to be solved.For instance,it is difficult to control the process of teaching,how to effectively integrate new technology and then lacking of recognition in the integration of information technology and disciplines.This study mainly discusses how virtual simulation software improve students' interest in learning,ability to deal with problems and skills.This paper is based on 138 students from 4 classes.The research objects are class 1 and class 2 of electric automatization,class 1 and class 2 of power supply technology in the secondary vocational school.This study took four months and three rounds of action research.The purpose of this study is to explore whether virtual simulation technology can promote the effect of experimental teaching.By means of questionnaire survey and interview,the performance of the experimental classes and the control classes in learning interest,problem-solving ability and skills was analyzed before and after the experiment.In the action research of virtual simulation technology,the first round of action research aims to gain the basic principles and knowledge points of the course.Many teaching activities were designed,such as the basic wiring mode and switching state of the power supply in the factory.On the basis of the first round of action research,the second round was added to cultivate the ability to analyze and solve problems in power supply technology.And many teaching activities were designed such as electrical equipment maintenance.Through the results of three rounds of action research,it is found that students' interest in learning,problem-solving ability and practical skills in the course have been significantly improved,and their subjective willingness to actively learn and innovate has been enhanced.The research shows that the virtual simulation teaching action research has a good promotion effect on the experimental teaching of “factory power supply” course in secondary vocational school.It can be used for reference to implement the corresponding teaching reform of science and engineering in similar colleges.
