Shield tunneling machine is an integrated tunnel construction equipment integrating machine,electricity and fluid.Its main construction system is the front-end shield body.Its construction environment is complex,so it is necessary to monitor the tunneling data and master the working conditions in time.At present,it has partial monitoring function,but there are some problems,such as lack of system design,single function,not suitable for shield machine environment,remote monitoring function and imperfect interface,so it is of great significance to design and develop a new online monitoring system.In this paper,the shield body monitoring system is designed to operate reliably under high temperature and humidity,dusty vibration,multiinterference and other factors.After signal acquisition and processing,the shield body tunneling is controlled and fault judgment is made.At the same time,a rich humancomputer interaction interface is configured for monitoring and communication,so as to facilitate subsequent storage and archiving.The online monitoring and control system developed in this paper collects 10 groups of flow,6 groups of pressure and 7 groups of temperature signals of the shield body to carry out fault diagnosis and local control for the construction of each system.After processing,it is transmitted remotely for the remote end to grasp the working state of the equipment and provide decision support for the modification of the working state of the equipment.The design and development of the system includes:(1)The overall scheme design confirms the detection collection,modulation and filtering amplification for local control and fault display,and transmits the data to the remote monitoring center.(2)Hardware design: complete sensor selection for shield application environment,design acquisition and conditioning circuit,access to STM32F4 control system,and real-time display with TFT_LCD color screen interface.In terms of communication interface,Ethernet communication interface,RS232 interface and WIFI communication interface are constructed.(3)Software design,programming in MDK5,the completion of initialization,data acquisition,communication processing,fault diagnosis and control output device all the underlying control software functions,to achieve the monitoring requirements.(4)System testing and field data monitoring applications.After laboratory EMC test and linearity test,this system is used to detect real-time data of shield machine construction process,and to complete the control of soil pressure,motor temperature,water temperature and foam flow on the main drive cutter system and foam system of shield body.The data acquisition results of each monitoring point in the construction of shield tunneling machine are consistent with the simulated quantity control and adjustment and the target of the system,which verifies the rationality of the system design and the practicability of the application in the shield tunneling machine.
