| In recent years,shipbuilding enterprises have ushered in a cold winter along with the gradual decline of the shipping and transportation industry.In the second half of 2019,there was good news for the oil tanker manufacturing market that the international maritime organization issued new regulations on sulfur emission in 2020.In order to meet this requirement of sulfur emission for large oil tankers,many large oil tankers may choose to add desulfurization tower devices,thus resulting in insufficient supply of capacity.As a result,the market outlook for the second half of 2019 is optimistic even if the global orders in the first half of the year despite sluggish.For Chinese shipbuilding enterprises,foreign orders will become more and more,which is both an opportunity and a challenge.Only good management ability can effectively control the progress and quality of the project.Taking the P110 K project of D shipyard,a Chinese shipbuilding enterprise,as an example,this paper studies the project management communication process by applying relevant theories and technologies of shipbuilding project management communication and case analysis method.P110K projects is D shipbuilding enterprises more attention,the shipyard project management system in the process of the use of the project also found a lot of loopholes,the basic distribution problem of link in each link,both management,design,procurement and production,such as transition between process,due to the unclear division of responsibility division,there will be a mutual shuffle,between the type of work,the construction unit may affect the project production smoothly.This paper take the case analysis to analysis the communication management issues of the vulnerabilities in key parts of the project when it is in progress.It is segmenting the P110 K project of supply and demand,supply management and communication with shipowner communication problems in the negotiations on the thorough analysis then to give the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.After that,I can summarize the corresponding conclusions based on the analysis of this paper,and also hope to summarize some experience and provide some references for shipbuilding enterprises in the process of project communication and management. |
