Hydrodynamic transmission technology is widely used in many fields such as coal,power,petroleum,chemical industry,light industry,textile and so on,because it has the advantages of impact and vibration reduction,high efficiency,energy saving and high speed control accuracy.And the hydrodynamic transmission technology can adapt to the working conditions of heavy load and high speed,so it is considered as the main speed control transmission means in the application of high-power AC motor.Hydrodynamic coupling is the key element in the hydrodynamic transmission system.This dissertation takes YOCHJ750 hydrodynamic transmission unit,a new product developed by the author’s institute,as the research object,and carries out a series of research and Analysis on its integrated structure design.This dissertation combines research and development process of YOCHJ750 hydrodynamic transmission unit,briefly discusses the overall design scheme of the hydrodynamic transmission unit.According to the working principle,movement mode,force and energy transmission of the hydrodynamic-mechanical transmission unit and other factors,the overall performance,technical maturity,safety and reliability of the unit are comprehensively analyzed,and the layout scheme of the unit is drawn up,according to unit parameters and overall layout scheme,theoretical calculation of the unit transmission system and selection of the corresponding auxiliuary parts and verification are conducted.The speed-regulating hydrodynamic coupling transmission system,gear speed-reducing transmission system and cooling system are analyzed.The main structural parameters and specific structural forms of each part of the integrated unit system are finally determined.Using SOLIDWORKS three-dimensional drafting software,the key components of the unit are modeled and the dynamic finite element analysis model of the shafting is established.At the same time,ANSYS finite element analysis software is used to mesh the model and optimize the finite element analysis,verify the structure and functional components of the unit,and apply modal analysis module to input shaft and turbine shaft,transmission shaft and output shaft respectively.The modal calculation of shaft system is carried out to verify the safety in operation.Based on the design and research of the integrated structure of YOCHJ750 hydrodynamic transmission unit,this paper has formed the guidance document for the detailed design of the unit.And under the existing design conditions,Dalian Hydrodynamic Machinery Co.,Ltd.has successfully completed the prototype production.At the same time,it shows that the integrated structure can meet the requirement of performance in the design process.
